Hi, my name is Chris and I write the Ultimate Algae Control blog to help people struggling with algae problems in their aquariums, ponds, or pools. I’ve been keeping aquariums of all types for many years, and am fascinated with the science and ecology behind algae and why it plagues so many hobbyists’ projects.  Aside from all of the reading and research I’ve done on algae, a lot of hobbyists have helped me over the years and this blog is my way of giving back to the community.
